The Ethiopian Space Science Society has a Board of Directors in which the members are comprised of respective Universities, Institutions, and Governmental Organizations who are actively getting involved in fostering the space industry in Ethiopia. 

The Board shall comprise the Director of the Board of Directors, the Deputy Director, and other members of the Board. Each Board member has a term of 5 years, while each member may be re-elected to the General Assembly.
